Waste Management Coordinator

• Onsite Waste Audits & Interviews with Staff and Waste Haulers
• Waste Data Collection, Analysis and Estimation for each facility.
• Wastek APP Data Review and Verification
• Identification of Waste Reduction and Recycling Measures
• Support the operational team in Liaising with Waste Haulers for waste collection and disposal methods.
• Contacting suppliers to identify alternative products to achieve waste diversion targets
• Support and deliver Employee Training and Awareness Programs
• Conduct toolbox Training and provide guide to FM staff on Waste Handling
• Develop recovery plans and correct measures to address Deviations from Waste Management Objectives.
• Support in the development of training and communication plans with clear objectives.
• Regularly Review and Update Waste Management Plans
• Inspections and Compliance Checks for Waste Handling and Disposal Practices.
• Monitoring of KPIs and reporting on Waste diversion, Recycling rates, Waste per Capital
• Techno-commercial analysis of various waste management measures
• Stakeholders’ identification and engagement for various waste management programs
• Assessment and Resolution of any Non-compliances Related to Waste Management
• Maintenance of Records of Issue Resolution Actions
• Waste Management Reports
• Support in development of various communication and Educational Materials

• Support du project in achieving waste diversion rates and complete management and coordination of the waste management program

1. Education/Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science , engineering , sustainability, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in waste management, sustainability consulting, or a related role.
• Solid understanding of waste management strategies
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and recommend actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Relevant certifications in waste management, sustainability, or related fields are advantageous
