Junior BMS engineer
Description

Develop, configure, and program building management systems using Niagara Framework.

Assist in the design and integration of BMS solutions based on project requirements.

Collaborate with senior management to ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct testing and troubleshooting of BMS software and hardware components.

Implement and assist in managing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules for BMS equipment and systems.

Support regular inspections and audits of BMS installations to ensure compliance with PPM standards and regulations.

Document project activities, specifications, and technical drawings as required.

Participate in meetings with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BMS technology.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in designing, programming, and maintaining building management systems, with exposure to Niagara Framework.

Familiarity with building automation systems, HVAC systems, and control protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
