HVAC Technician

• Construct complex technical reports, spreadsheets and presentations using MS Office (Word / Excel / Power point)
• Raise & complete PMS fault report sheets, daily, weekly and monthly utilization reports and CMMS work orders
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
• Complete requests in timely, accurate, efficient and knowledgeable manner
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 16 KGs without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance.
• Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Carry out all technical and safety instructions to conform to the facility’s policy and procedures
• Acts a role model for all supervisors, technicians tradesman and helpers and leads the team by example with consistent attention to detail and quality by demonstrating a "get it right first time every time " attitude to the job
• Oversee and manage contractor works, enabling compliance to internal and external safety and quality standards.
• Technically supervise and lead a team of general mechanical / HVAC tradesmen and helpers to ensure correct and safe completion of task within the designated area
• Ensure the health, safety and welfare of self and others at work
