Head of Sales - HITEK
Description
  • Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be primarily responsible for spearheading the business development, sales and marketing for HITEK around the world. Establishing strategic collaborations with multiple strategic, channel and vendor partners.
  • Offering strategic support by signing business with Government and Large Enterprise customers in the Region.
  • Responsible for communicating the benefits of HITEK Software Solutions lead by Artificial Intelligence to drive Sales and Business Development. Serve as the point of contact for the business and prospective clients and have a range of responsibilities including understanding HITEK’s core business, identifying, and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance relates to solutions and services.
  • Responsible for managing leads from registration, evaluating leads, leading bidding process, converting opportunities from qualification through to contract award, including value proposition/ strategy development, site visits, solution development, commercial considerations, partner identification, and risk management.
  • The duties also include the introduction and implementation of all necessary sales procedures, governance, and processes. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines. It requires strong time management, teamwork and commercial skills.
Accountabilities
  • Registering HITEK with all B2G, B2B and B2C portals to identify, qualify, and secure sales opportunities; coordinating business development activities; achieving targeted sales strategies.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients and working closely with Farnek BD Team, Farnek Management along with HITEK MD to bring sales for HITEK.
  • Proposing and leading to deliver HITEK sales strategy to meet the proposed sales Targets across the year.
  • Improving HITEK sales literature with trending strategies including Presentation, Website, Social Channels, Flyers and key documents.
  • Leading updating and improving Proposal and Contract templates and its contents with Bids and Solutions team as per solutions.
  • Proposing, creating and delivering HITEK marketing strategy and contents to support business development activity. This includes but not limited to Digital channels, events and PR.
  • Understanding client’s needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client’s questions and follow-up calls; responding to client’s requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Selling HITEK solutions and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
  • Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of bids and quotations, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
  • Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary).
  • Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
  • Arrange all post-bid reviews with customers, post-contract awards.
  • Building a strong network, clients visits, and cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with clients through to closing process.
  • Collaborating with management on BD goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and longterm business development plans.

Education/Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar field (Software sales, services, and solution sales) preferably with strong IT/Field Sales background.
  • Understanding of technical customer / centric solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferably familiar with CRM
  • English is a must, Arabic preferably
