Established in the UAE since 1980, with offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Farnek is an international full service property management company.
With 35 years of commercial success to our credit, our growing portfolio of high profile maintenance contracts spans three emirates and includes the iconic Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, both Abu Dhabi and Dubai International Airports, the luxury mixed-use City Walk community, as well as Etihad Airways and Emirates Airline.
As a market leader in sustainable and technology-focused total facilities management services, we incorporate innovation into all aspects of our business, in order to deliver consistent, quality led service that follows global best practice.
Recognised as Overall FM Company of the Year and for CSR Initiative of the Year at the 2015 Facilities Management Middle East Awards, and also named Green FM Company of the Year in the Middle East in 2012, 2014 and 2015, we pride ourselves on a total commitment to excellence with a highly skilled workforce of over 4,000 employees servicing more than 2,500 properties.
Farnek is also an acknowledged leader in sustainability and is a member of the Emirates Green Building Council and the US Green Building Council, along with holding exclusivity agreements with international organisations such as Green Globe and myclimate.
We recently added an online maintenance platform to our roster of expertise and have even ventured into the retail arena, through our partnership with UAE based smart home product distributor, Gadgitech.
From early acknowledgement of our sustainability credentials almost a decade ago, when we received the prestigious Emirates Energy Award for producing the Middle East's first hotel energy consumption benchmark survey, to gaining full energy auditor accreditation from the Dubai Regulatory Supervisory Bureau in late 2015, we continue set new standards and raise the innovation bar.
